FES Electric Services provides residential and commercial electrical services in Union County, New Jersey and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed electricians under NJ License #1884.
Service estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and subject to on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual project scope, materials, and conditions discovered on-site.
All electrical work performed by FES Electric Services complies with applicable New Jersey electrical codes and standards. Permits are obtained as required by law.
Estimates and quotes provided by FES Electric Services, whether through the website, phone, or in person, are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not binding contracts — a formal agreement or work order must be executed before work begins.
Payment terms are agreed upon prior to commencement of work. FES Electric Services reserves the right to require a deposit for larger projects. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Any unpaid balances may be subject to applicable collection procedures.
FES Electric Services warrants all labor performed for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and equipment installed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FES Electric Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
